We often engage with God in conversation - it's a part of our relationship with our creator and redeemer. Here are some of the ways you can do this with us:

• Daily Prayer List

• Daily Prayer in the Emmaus Chapel

9.00am-9.30am each weekday. Do join the staff team who gather for prayer each day in the Emmaus Chapel at the east end of church.

• “Prompted to Pray” 

8.00pm-9.15pm in the Narthex on the first Wednesday of the month. A key meeting to uphold the needs of the church, parish and wider mission links.

• Early Birds Prayer Time

7.00am-8.00am each Tuesday in the Narthex. Drop in for some or all of this time to pray for the mission and ministry of St Mark’s – perhaps on your way to work.

• St Mark’s Mission Prayer Update

10.30am on the 3rd Friday of the month in the crèche at the back of church. A vital support for our mission partners across the world.

• St Mark’s Prayer Chain

In case of urgent prayer needs, ring Alison Mayes (885991), Marion Bentley (567884) or Pauline Clark (567725) who will activate the Prayer Chain whose members are from St Mark’s Mother Union. 

• Prayer Ministry

There is always a member of our prayer ministry team (identified by a badge) available to pray with you after Sunday services. It is often possible to make contact at the Lectern (brass eagle) or do speak to one of the clergy or service leaders. Glenda & Graham Carter (816385) co-ordinate the team.
