Alpha courses are organised regularly as a way of sharing our faith....

The Alpha Course runs for 10 weeks. Each week people meet to enjoy a fantastic meal in the Narthex followed by a talk in the church. This is followed by small group discussions covering the Alpha topics such as “Who is Jesus”, “Why and how should I read the Bible?” and “How does God guide us?”.

The course could not happen without the very considerable contribution from so many members of St Marks. The meals provided by the catering team are fantastic and their skills and dedication to the course are really appreciated by all. It is also great to see so many members of the St Marks House Groups helping each week with the washing up and clearing away. Finally the clergy and leadership team ensure that the topics are presented with enthusiasm and clarity each week.
