If you call outside of these times you can leave a message and one of our volunteers will call you back within 24-hours (weekdays).........Our volunteer will take details of the help you need and assist you in finding the appropriate service provider.You can then choose to either contact that service provider yourself or ask the volunteer to phone them on your behalf and pass on your contact details so the service provider can contact you.After two weeks our volunteer will contact you to check that your need has been met. If it has not they will try again to match you to a service provider who can help you.
