The idea came from women who work full time in paid employment because they had a real need to meet with other Christians; and yet little time in which to do so.

If you are a woman who works you are warmly invited.  You do not need to be in full time paid employment to fit into this category (let’s face it, there are not many women who don’t work!). 

If you feel you would like to have an opportunity to consider Christianity in the workplace, then you should consider coming along. At the meetings we support one another by providing some spiritual input; the meetings give us time to take an interest in each other’s working and living situations and provide a platform to give each other prayer support as and when needed.

We meet in a restaurant and have a meal together each time.  The idea behind this is that people with already overstretched lives do appreciate being cared for and don't want any additional pressures.  This means there is a cost involved but we think it is worth it.

When a meeting is planned it will be on the notice sheet or here online a few weeks in advance, and then there will be a sign-up sheet.  Please note that there may be a deposit required to encourage us to be committed.
